For platform subscription fees and lead generation services:

  • Within 7 days: Full refund if no leads have been delivered
  • 7-14 days: Prorated refund based on services used
  • After 14 days: No refund, but credits may be issued for future use

3. Project-Based Services

For services provided by our professional partners:

  • Before project start: Full refund minus any initial consultation fees
  • During project: Refund for incomplete milestones only
  • After project completion: Refunds based on revision policy

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Consultation fees once the consultation has occurred
  • Custom development work that has been delivered and approved
  • Third-party software licenses or subscriptions
  • Emergency or expedited service fees

5. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  4. If approved, refunds are processed within 7-10 business days

  • Provide additional documentation supporting your claim
  • Escalate to our dispute resolution panel

7. Quality Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of professionals on our platform. If a project does not meet agreed-upon specifications:

  • We will work to find a resolution with the service provider
  • We may assign a new professional at no additional cost
  • Partial or full refunds may be issued in extreme cases
